The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Patch 1.12 Release Window Announced, No Details On Changes and Fixes
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a great game but is far from being perfect, as many other titles on the market. CD Projekt RED knows that, and is still working to improve it with a series of patches which will be probably releasing until the post-launch of the Blood & Wine DLC.
With that in mind, community manager Marcin Momot has issued a tweet in response to people who were asking about patch 1.12, basically announcing when we’ll have a chance to download the patch. According to Momot, the patch 1.12 will be out by the end of the year and more specifically in the month of December. He has not provided any detail about the patch’s content and what it is going to fix in particular, and there’s no time nor platforms specifics, too.
By the way, it is still interesting to see the Polish studio support the game this way and, as usual, this way to work opens up to discussions like: after 6+ months, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt still needs a patch? Couldn’t CD Projekt RED have done a better job from the beginning?
