PS4 Pro Compatible Games To Be Remarked Via A New Label
A new label will be applied on PS4 games in case they are supporting PlayStation 4 Pro enhancements via a software update, Sony revealed. This label will make it clear from the start whether a certain title is going to be better on the high end upcoming PlayStation console.
“Look for the ‘PS4TM Pro Enhanced’ icon on software packaging.’PS4TM Pro Enhanced’ features varies by game. Select titles may have enhanced visuals, frame rate, HDR 10 support, or increases in resolution,” the Japanese platform holder revealed.
Despite initial doubts and misunderstandings, those patches will be free of charge, with developers launching them as soon as they can and in most cases right from day one. Sony first party games will upgrade to this new standard, such as The Last of Us Remastered and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, while among third party productions upgrading to support the platform we find Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
PS4 Pro is releasing on November 10 at $ 399.
